Manistee County Airport Authority.

The Manistee County Airport Authority is a seven-member board that oversees the operation of Manistee Blacker Airport. The Manistee County Airport Authority meets on the third Monday of the month (except January and February, which are the second Monday) at 12:00pm (noon) in the Norman Sheras Conference Room in the Manistee County Blacker Airport Terminal. The meetings are open to the public.
